Owned and operated by Buffalo natives a father and son combo, they quickly expanded to their second location on Niagara Falls Blvd the following July. Since that time they are proud to have helped hundreds of cigarette smoker s transition to a healthier vape lifestyle. Cloud 9 Smoke and Vapors currently offers all the most popular brands including some home grown Buffalo manufacturers. In addition Cloud 9 Smokes and Vapors offers a cool relaxing place to come in and chat with the staff, relax and watch tv, listen to music and enjoy a vape session.
